Role-based access per project. Customers and team members only see what is meant for them.

Every change is recorded and exportable as CSV. The log cannot be edited.

Beamcore is multi-tenant from day one. One company's data is never visible to another: every company works strictly shielded in its own environment.

HOSTING

Beamcore runs on servers in Amsterdam, entirely within the EU. Your data does not leave the European Union.

Every customer gets an isolated environment. Monitoring watches availability 24/7 and daily backups are periodically tested for recoverability.

In data centers within the EU (Amsterdam). Your data does not leave the EU.

Only the people you grant access per role and project. Beamcore staff only after explicit consent for support.

Daily, with retention. Restores are tested periodically.

We have a reporting procedure in line with the GDPR and inform you within the statutory term.

Yes. You receive a full export of your projects and the audit log.
