Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the use of Beamcore and to the agreement you enter into with us.
Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, subscriptions and agreements between Beamcore and you as a customer regarding the use of the platform.
Subscription and billing
Beamcore is offered as a subscription. You pay monthly in advance. Payments are processed via Pay.nl. In the event of late payment we may suspend access to the platform.
Right of use and white-label
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for as long as your subscription runs. Beamcore is white-label, which means you can offer the platform to your own clients under your own brand and house style.
Customer obligations
- You use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
- You keep your login credentials confidential and secure your account.
- You are responsible for the data you enter into the platform.
Availability and maintenance
We aim for high availability of the platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance. Where possible we announce significant maintenance in advance.
Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damage and to a maximum of the amount you paid in the three months preceding the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or missed savings.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the platform and the underlying software remain with Beamcore. You only obtain a right of use.
Data ownership
You remain the owner of the data you enter into the platform. We use that data solely to deliver the service.
Termination and data export
You can cancel your subscription monthly, effective at the end of the current billing period. Before and shortly after termination you can export your data in a commonly used format.
Changes
We may change these terms and the service from time to time. We announce important changes in advance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
