Contracts, cost rates, leave, certificates and documents per employee, in the same place as your capacity and planning. Changes get an effective date, so your history and job costing stay correct. Available as a 69 euro per month add-on on top of your subscription.
EMPLOYEE FILE
One file per employee, one place per detail
Employee number, contact details, emergency contact, contracts and job title live in the file. Contract hours and employment period flow automatically into Staff & availability, so you never keep them twice.

LEAVE
Leave entitlements, requests and balance without calculations
Record the leave entitlements per year, with a suggestion for the statutory minimum. Employees request leave, their manager approves, and approved leave appears straight away as absence in the capacity planning. Beamcore always calculates the balance itself.
- Statutory and extra leave and reduced working hours (ADV/ATV) as separate types
- Request and approve, with a notification by email and in the app
- Public holidays and days off do not count towards the balance

COSTS & DOCUMENTS
Cost rates for job costing, documents stored securely
Record pay and internal hourly cost rate with an effective date. Job costing shows budgeted, planned and booked hours per project side by side and calculates labour costs at the rate that applied on that day. Certificates and documents are kept with the employee, with reminders for anything expiring.

Frequently asked questions
No, this is a 69 euro per month add-on on top of your existing subscription. Staff & availability and capacity planning are included in every plan; HR administration adds the personnel records.
No. Contracts, schedules and rates get an effective date. If someone goes from 40 to 32 hours, the historical hours and job costing from before stay unchanged.
Only users with the permission for it, by default the HR role and the owner. The regular admin role sees the personnel records, but no pay, social security number or bank details.
No. Beamcore does not calculate payslips or payroll taxes. You record the agreements you need for planning, leave and job costing, and export the data for your payroll provider.
