Quotes, invoices and requests are part of the add-on Offertes & Facturatie (Quotes & Invoicing). It costs €59 per month and you switch it on yourself through your subscription. After that you set your defaults once, so that every new quote and invoice is already largely filled in. The Beamcore interface is in Dutch, so button and menu names are shown in Dutch with a translation.
Activating the add-on
You can only change your subscription if you have the role admin and the right Abonnement + add-ons zelf wijzigen (Change subscription + add-ons yourself).
- Go to Bedrijf → Abonnement (Company → Subscription) and click Abonnement wijzigen (Change subscription).
- Scroll to the block Add-ons and click the card for Offertes & Facturatie. The card then shows Gekozen (Selected).
- Under Samenvatting (Summary), check the lines Nu te betalen (excl. btw) (To pay now (excl. VAT)) and Nieuw terugkerend bedrag (excl. btw) (New recurring amount (excl. VAT)).
- Click Wijziging bevestigen (Confirm change).
As soon as the add-on is active, the menu shows the group Offertes & facturen (Quotes & invoices) with Offertes (Quotes), Facturen (Invoices) and Aanvragen (Requests). What a user sees and can do there depends on their rights.
Where to find the settings
Go to Bedrijf → Bedrijfsinstellingen (Company → Company settings) and open the tab Offertes & facturen. If the add-on is not active yet, you see Module niet geactiveerd (Module not activated) here with the button Naar abonnement (Go to subscription). With the add-on on you see two blocks, each with its own save button.
Quote defaults

- Standaard bijlagen (Default attachments): files that are automatically linked to every new quote. A maximum of 10 files of 10 MB each.
Click Offerte-standaarden opslaan (Save quote defaults). The defaults apply to new quotes. You can still change everything per quote.
Invoice defaults
- Factuur-prefix (Invoice prefix) and Credit-prefix (Credit prefix): the letters your numbers start with. F and CF by default. A number consists of the prefix, the year and a four-digit sequence number, for example F2026-0001.
- Betaaltermijn (dagen) (Payment term (days)): your usual payment term. Also check the term on every invoice you create.
- IBAN (eigen rekening) (IBAN (own account)) and Ten name van (Account holder): your bank details.
- Betaaltekst op de factuur (Payment text on the invoice): the text at the bottom of the invoice. You can use the variables {bedrag}, {vervaldatum}, {betaaltermijn}, {factuurnummer}, {iban} and {tnv}. If you leave the field empty, Beamcore uses a default text.
- Factoring gebruiken (tweede betaalstandaard) (Use factoring (second payment standard)): if you switch this on, you choose per invoice between your own account and the factoring company. In Betaaltekst bij factoring (Payment text for factoring) you enter that company's bank details.
- Herinnering-dagen na vervaldatum (Reminder days after due date): after how many days each reminder is sent. 3, 14 and 30 by default.
- Tekst herinnering (trap 1) (Reminder text (stage 1)), Tekst aanmaning (trap 2) (Demand text (stage 2)) and Tekst laatste aanmaning (trap 3) (Final demand text (stage 3)): the text per reminder.
Click Factuur-standaarden opslaan (Save invoice defaults). How the reminders work is explained in Credit notes and payment reminders.
