Sub-processors
Which services Beamcore uses to deliver the platform, what for and where they process data.
To deliver Beamcore we use a number of other services that process data of our customers. Under the GDPR these are sub-processors. Below you can see which services they are, what we use them for, which data goes there and where they process it. This list is part of our data processing agreement.

Only at your request
The services below only receive data when you switch on the feature yourself. For your accounting package you also have your own agreement with that supplier.
| Service | Used for | Which data | Where | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Your accounting package: Moneybird, e-Boekhouden, Exact Online, SnelStart, Twinfield or AFAS Profit | Sending your invoices and debtors to your own accounting and retrieving the payment status | Invoices, client details and payment status | Depends on the package | Only when you switch on the accounting integration yourself |
| Peppol access point | Sending invoices as an e-invoice via the Peppol network | The invoice and the details of buyer and seller | To be confirmed | Draft: the access point is still being chosen. Only when you use Peppol. |
Data outside the EU
Beamcore runs on servers in Amsterdam. For a few services, such as the AI features, sending email, push notifications and the internal sign-up notification, data is processed in the United States. We only do this with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Draft: the safeguard per service is still being checked.
Changes
We announce a new sub-processor at least 30 days in advance by email to the administrator of your account. You can object to it. If we cannot find a solution together, you can terminate your subscription before the change takes effect.
