In the Wkb & Kwaliteitsborging (Wkb & quality assurance) menu you also find Risico's & borgingsplan (Risks & assurance plan) and Kwaliteitsdossiers (Quality files). An admin manages the assurance plan and the risks. The Beamcore interface is in Dutch, so button and menu names are shown in Dutch with a translation.
Risks and assurance plan
- Go to Risico's & borgingsplan (Risks & assurance plan) and click Borgingsplan toevoegen (Add assurance plan). Every time you do this, a new version is created.
- Click Risico toevoegen (Add risk). Fill in the Risico (Risk), the Risiconiveau (Risk level: low, medium or high), the Beheersmaatregel (Control measure), the Vereist bewijs (Required evidence) and the Controlemoment (Check moment), and link the check points that belong to it.
- Give the risk a status: open, measure active, completed or lapsed. Per risk you can use Wijzigen (Edit), Bevestigen (Confirm) and view the Historie (History).
Downloading the quality file
- Go to Kwaliteitsdossiers (Quality files) and choose the project.
- Choose who the file is for: internal (complete), contractor, client or quality assurer. The file for the client contains no photos, production drawings or assurance plan.
- Click PDF downloaden (Download PDF) or ZIP met foto's en tekeningen downloaden (Download ZIP with photos and drawings).
Under Dossiercontrole (File check) you see whether anything is still open. When everything is done, it says complete.
QR labels
QR-labels printen (Print QR labels) makes labels for all elements of the project. You print the label of a single element with Label printen (Print label) in that element's quality file. Whoever scans the QR code goes straight to the checks of the element.
Note: Beamcore supports your Wkb file, but it does not replace the independent quality assurer or the assurance instrument. Software is not certified under the Wkb; what is approved is the assurance instrument and the quality assurer. The quality file is also not a consumer file or a file for the competent authority.
CE marking and KOMO concern the products you make, such as your timber frame elements, not the software. Beamcore helps you record the evidence for them.
