Loading, scanning and delivery

Robin van Maasakker · 29 Oct 2026

For loading you work in Transport → Laden (Loading). It only shows transports that were made final in the Load planner. The admin, planner and workshop roles can record loading, so it also works on a tablet in the factory. The Beamcore interface is in Dutch, so button and menu names are shown in Dutch with a translation.

Scanning an element

  1. Choose the transport under Kies een transport (Choose a transport), or scan an element right away. With the date picker you only see the transports of that day.
  2. Scan the element with a handheld scanner, type the number and click Zoeken (Search), or use the Camera. This works with the QR code on a loading label, on the production drawing and on the transport document.
  3. Beamcore shows on which truck, which rack and which side the element belongs, and in which position it goes on.
  4. Click Geladen melden (Report loaded). Per rack and side you see the elements in loading order: 1 goes on first. Ongedaan (Undo) reverses a report.

If a scanned element belongs to another transport, Beamcore opens that transport with a warning, so you do not load the element on the wrong truck.

Confirming the load

When all elements are loaded, click Laden bevestigen (Confirm loading). Optionally have the driver sign with a name and Handtekening (Signature). After that nobody can report elements off or onto this transport, until someone clicks Laden heropenen (Reopen loading).

Foto toevoegen (Add photo) lets you take a photo of the loaded truck. On a tablet or phone the camera opens.

Delivery on site

When the load has been unloaded on site, click Afgeleverd melden (Report delivered). Have the recipient sign and use Opmerking bij aflevering (Delivery note) for damage or anything missing, for example. You can add photos here too. The elements then show as delivered in the Load planner and the production planning.

Transport document and loading labels

  • Transportdocument (PDF) (Transport document): the transport details, a sketch per rack, the Laadlijst (Loading list) with tick boxes, the Losvolgorde op de bouwplaats (Unloading order on site), the Controlelijst ladingzekering (Load securing checklist), the warnings and the Laden en afleveren (Loading and delivery) block with names and signatures. At the top is a QR code to the loading list.
  • Laadlabels printen (Print loading labels): a QR label per element, 24 per A4 sheet.

In de Beladingsplanner (In the Load planner) takes you back to the transport in the planner.
