Reports and the Finance tab on the project

Robin van Maasakker · 29 Oct 2026

Project finance has reports on all your projects and its own tab on every project. Both use the same figures as the dashboard and the post-calculation, excluding VAT. The Beamcore interface is in Dutch, so button and menu names are shown in Dutch with a translation.

The reports

Under Projectfinanciën → Rapportages (Project finance → Reports) you choose a report at the top:

  • Projectresultaten (Project results)
  • Begroting versus werkelijkheid (Budget versus actual)
  • Arbeidskosten per project (Labour costs per project): budgeted, planned, booked and approved hours. The amounts only if you may see salary and rates.
  • Materiaalkosten per project (Material costs per project): budgeted under Materials against issued materials and cost entries.
  • Productiekosten per element (Production costs per element, Productie (Production) add-on): per element the estimated and actual time at the table. With internal rates and the right to see salary and rates you also see the amount per element. Those amounts do not count in the actual costs of the project.
  • Transport- en montagekosten (Transport and assembly costs)
  • Winstmarges per project (Profit margins per project)
  • Resultaten per opdrachtgever (Results per client)
  • Financiële projectafwijkingen (Financial project deviations): the projects that are red or orange.

Filtering and exporting

Filter with Projectstatus (Project status: Lopende projecten (Running projects), Afgeronde projecten (Completed projects) or Alle projecten (All projects)), Opdrachtgever (Client), Periode van (Period from) and Periode tot en met (Period up to and including). The period filters on the duration of the project, from start date to delivery date. Click a row to open the Finance tab of that project. With Exporteren naar Excel (Export to Excel) and Exporteren naar PDF (Export to PDF) you download the report with the chosen filters.

The Finance tab

On the project page there is the Financiën (Finance) tab for anyone who may view or manage Project finance. You see:

  • tiles with the Contractwaarde (Contract value, including approved extra and reduced work), Gefactureerd (Invoiced) with what is still to be invoiced, Ontvangen (Received, including VAT), Begroot (Budgeted), Werkelijk tot nu toe (Actual so far) with the costs still expected, and the Verwacht eindresultaat (Expected final result) with the financial status;
  • the block Berekening onvolledig (Calculation incomplete) if something is missing;
  • the table Begroot tegen werkelijk per categorie (Budgeted versus actual per category), the same as in the post-calculation;
  • under Verder in Projectfinanciën (More in Project finance) buttons to Begrotingen (Budgets), Kostenregistratie (Cost registration), Meer- en minderwerk (Extra and reduced work) and Nacalculatie en export (Post-calculation and export), with this project already selected.
