Audit log and sent emails

Robin van Maasakker · 13 Oct 2026

Beamcore keeps track of what users do in your environment and which emails go out on behalf of your company. You find that on two pages: the Audit-log (Audit log) and Verzonden e-mails (Sent emails). Both are read-only. The Beamcore interface is in Dutch, so button and menu names are shown in Dutch with a translation.

The audit log

Go to Systeem → Audit-log (System → Audit log). Only an owner of the company sees this page. The log shows the actions of the users of the companies you own, with the newest at the top.

Per line you see:

  • Tijdstip (Time): date and time to the second.
  • Gebruiker (User): who performed the action. Hover over the name for the email address.
  • Module: the part of Beamcore the action belongs to.
  • Actie (Action): what happened.
  • Object: the kind of record that was created or changed.

The column Object-ID (Object ID) is off by default. You switch it on via the column selector of the table.

Above the table are four tiles: Vandaag (Today), Deze week (This week), Gebruikers actief (Users active) and Totaal (Total).

Searching and filtering in the audit log

With the search field you search by the name of a user or by the text of the action. In addition there are four filters:

  • Module
  • Object-type (Object type)
  • Gebruiker
  • Periode (Period), with the fields Van (From) and Tot en met (Up to and including)

You can combine filters, for example one user in a certain period. You cannot change or delete lines in the log.

Sent emails

Go to Bedrijf → Verzonden e-mails (Company → Sent emails). You see this page as an owner, or if you have the permission Verzonden e-mails bekijken (View sent emails). It lists all emails that were sent on behalf of your organisation.

Per email you see:

  • Verzonden (Sent): date and time.
  • Aan (To): the email address of the recipient. Click it to copy the address.
  • Onderwerp (Subject): the subject line.

The content of the email itself is not shown here. Above the table are four tiles: the total number of sent emails, the number in the last 7 days, the number from today and the number of unique recipients.

Finding an email

  1. Type part of the email address or of the subject in the search field.
  2. Open the filter and fill in at Van and Tot en met the period in which the email must have been sent.
  3. Sort by Verzonden or Aan if the list is still long.

This way you quickly check whether an invitation, quote or notification was really sent, and to which address. If the email is in the list but the recipient has not seen anything, ask them to check their junk mail folder.
