Setting up branding and company details

Robin van Maasakker · 13 Oct 2026

In the company settings you set how Beamcore looks to your users and which company details appear on your documents. You do that on two tabs: Huisstijl (Branding) and Bedrijfsgegevens (Company details). The Beamcore interface is in Dutch, so button and menu names are shown in Dutch with a translation.

Where to find the settings

Go to Bedrijf → Bedrijfsinstellingen (Company → Company settings). You need the permission Bedrijfsinstellingen bekijken (View company settings) for this. Owners always have it, the role admin has it by default.

Branding requires a plan with custom branding

The tab Huisstijl is only visible if your plan includes custom branding. Starter does not include it: you then work in the default Beamcore style and the tab is missing. From Groei upwards you set your own logo. Pro is white-label, Enterprise is white-label with your own domain. You change your plan via Abonnement wijzigen (Change subscription).

  1. Open the tab Huisstijl.
  2. Choose a file at Nieuw logo uploaden (Upload new logo). PNG, SVG, JPG and WebP are allowed, up to a maximum of 10 MB.
  3. Click Huisstijl opslaan (Save branding).

Under Huidig logo (Current logo) you see which logo is active now. If you want to go back to the default, click Logo verwijderen (Remove logo) and confirm. That button is only there if a logo has been set.

Where your logo appears

  • In the portal: your logo is at the top left of the menu. That applies to everyone who logs in at your company, so also to customers and contractors. The colours stay those of Beamcore.
  • In emails: the emails Beamcore sends on behalf of your company get your logo.
  • In PDFs: the PDFs of quotes and invoices to your customers use your logo. Creating quotes and invoices requires the add-on Offertes & Facturatie (Quotes & Invoicing).

Filling in company details

The tab Bedrijfsgegevens is available in every plan. The details appear on invoices and in correspondence. You fill in:

  • KvK-nummer (Chamber of Commerce number, required)
  • BTW-nummer (VAT number, required)
  • Telefoon (Phone) and E-mail (Email)
  • Adres (Address), Postcode and Plaats (Town)
  • Land (Country): Nederland (the Netherlands), België (Belgium) or Duitsland (Germany)

Then click Bedrijfsgegevens opslaan (Save company details).

If saving fails

Each tab has its own save button, but on saving Beamcore checks the whole form. If a required field on another tab is empty, for example the KvK-nummer, you get the message Niet opgeslagen (Not saved) with the request to check the other tabs as well. Fill in the missing field and save again.
