On the page Abonnement (Subscription) you see which plan you have, how many projects you have used in this contract period and which invoices there are. From the same page you change your plan and add-ons and arrange direct debit. The Beamcore interface is in Dutch, so button and menu names are shown in Dutch with a translation.
The Abonnement page
Go to Bedrijf → Abonnement (Company → Subscription). The page is there for users with the role admin. You will find:
- Huidig plan (Current plan): plan, price, billing cycle and what is included.
- Contract: start, end, days to go and the bar Projecten gebruikt (Projects used).
- Facturen (Invoices): number, period, amount, status, due date and payment date. You pay an outstanding invoice with Betaal nu (Pay now), and with PDF you download the invoice.
- Plan-historie (Plan history): the latest changes to your plan.
Owners also see the block Opslag (Storage) at the top, with the usage in GB.
Changing your subscription
Click Abonnement wijzigen (Change subscription). You need the permission Abonnement + add-ons zelf wijzigen (Change subscription + add-ons yourself) for this. Without that permission you see a button to get in touch.
- Choose a plan: Starter (€129 per month), Groei (€299) or Pro (€599). Enterprise is on request: confirming then sends a request.
- Choose the Facturatiecyclus (Billing cycle): Per maand (Monthly) or Per jaar (Yearly). A subscription is always an annual contract, you only choose how you are invoiced. With yearly billing you get 1 month discount: you pay 11 times the monthly price.
- Under Add-ons, switch on what you need: Offertes & Facturatie (Quotes & Invoicing, €59 per month), Urenregistratie (Time tracking, €29 per month), Houtvoorraad & Materiaalplanning (Timber stock & Material planning, €139 per month), Administratie (HR administration, €69 per month), Productie (Production, €99 per month per production line), Montage (Assembly, €59 per month per licence), Wkb & Kwaliteitsborging (Wkb & quality assurance, €79 per month), Transport & laden (Transport & loading, €149 per month), Projectfinanciën & Nacalculatie (Project finance, €99 per month), Boekhoudkoppeling (Accounting integration, €29 per month) and extra app licences (€12 per licence per month).
- Check the Samenvatting (Summary) and click Wijziging bevestigen (Confirm change).
The summary shows two amounts: Nu te betalen (excl. btw) (Due now, excl. VAT) is the additional payment for the current period, Nieuw terugkerend bedrag (excl. btw) (New recurring amount, excl. VAT) is what you pay per month or year after that. An upgrade or extra add-on takes effect immediately. A downgrade or removing an add-on takes effect later: with monthly billing on your next invoice date, with yearly billing at the end of the contract year. You see this under Gaat in op (Takes effect on) and afterwards on the Abonnement page under Geplande wijziging (Scheduled change).
Direct debit
With the permission Automatische incasso beheren (Manage direct debit) you see the button Automatische incasso instellen (Set up direct debit). You are redirected to iDEAL to issue a recurring SEPA mandate. The next outstanding invoice is paid straight away in the process. With Incasso stopzetten (Stop direct debit) you withdraw the mandate. After that you receive invoices with a payment link again.
Project quota
Each plan has a number of projects per contract period: 25 with Starter, 75 with Groei, 200 with Pro and unlimited with Enterprise. Every project you create in the contract period counts. If you set a completed or archived project back to active, that counts as a project again.
Once the quota has been reached, you cannot create new projects. Above the project list you then see the message Projectenquotum bereikt (Project quota reached). You can continue as soon as you choose a higher plan or start a new contract period. Restoring a deleted project is also refused in that case.
When a downgrade is refused
You cannot choose a lower plan if your current usage does not fit in it. The summary then shows the reason and the confirm button is disabled. That happens if:
- you have used more projects in this contract period than the lower plan allows,
- you use more storage than the lower plan allows.
Fair-use storage
Storage is fair use: 25 GB with Starter, 75 GB with Groei, 200 GB with Pro and by arrangement with Enterprise. All versions of project files and drawings count. So old versions of a file count as well.
Uploads are never blocked. If you go over the limit, the owners get a notification and the block Opslag says that you are at the fair-use storage limit. You can simply keep working. Contact Beamcore to increase your storage.
