Getting started

Creating an account and starting the 14-day trial

Robin van Maasakker · 13 Oct 2026

You create a Beamcore account yourself using the registration form at /registreren. You choose a subscription there straight away and give a SEPA direct debit mandate, but the first invoice only follows after the 14-day trial. This article explains what to fill in for each part and what happens next. The Beamcore interface is in Dutch, so button and menu names are shown in Dutch with a translation.

Filling in the form

The form consists of a number of blocks. You fill them in from top to bottom.

  1. Account: your name, your email address and a password of at least 8 characters, which you enter a second time to confirm. You will log in with this email address later.
  2. Bedrijf (Company): the company name, the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number and the VAT number. All three are required.
  3. Facturatie (Billing): choose Per maand (12 termijnen) (Per month, 12 instalments) or Per jaar (in een keer vooruit) (Per year, paid in advance in one go). In both cases a subscription is an annual contract. Here you only choose how you are invoiced.
  4. Kies een abonnement (Choose a subscription): for each subscription you see the price per month and per year, the number of projects per year, the storage and the number of included app licences.
  5. Onboarding: the options appear as soon as you have chosen a subscription.
  6. Add-ons (optioneel) (Add-ons, optional): tick what you want to use.
  7. Click Start 14-dagen trial (Start 14-day trial).

If you arrive via a link from an earlier request, your name, email address and company name are already filled in. Check them before you continue.

Choosing a subscription

You can start with three subscriptions yourself:

  • Starter: €129 per month, 25 projects per year and 25 GB of storage.
  • Groei (Growth): €299 per month, 75 projects per year and 75 GB of storage.
  • Pro: €599 per month, 200 projects per year and 200 GB of storage.

The number of users is unlimited with every subscription. Fair use applies to storage. Enterprise is also in the list, but is only available on request: you cannot start it yourself. Use the Neem contact op (Get in touch) link next to that subscription for this.

Choosing the onboarding

Which onboarding you can choose depends on the subscription:

  • Starter: Self-service. You set up Beamcore yourself.
  • Groei: Online onboarding (€400) or Onboarding op locatie (On-site onboarding, €900), one-off.
  • Pro: Onboarding op locatie.

If you choose on-site onboarding, the Beamcore team is notified so the appointment can be scheduled.

Adding add-ons

Under Add-ons (optioneel) you find the extensions you can take with your subscription, each with its price per month. Examples are Offertes & Facturatie (Quotes & Invoicing, €59 per month) and Urenregistratie (Time tracking, €29 per month). For add-ons you can take more than one of, you set the quantity with the plus and minus buttons. Add-ons you tick here are active immediately during the trial.

The SEPA mandate and the trial

After you submit the form, Beamcore creates your company and your account and you are logged in straight away. You are redirected to complete the SEPA mandate. Nothing is invoiced at that point: the first invoice follows after 14 days, including the add-ons you have chosen.

If completing the mandate does not work straight away, you end up in the portal with a message that your account has been created. You then complete the payment via Bedrijf → Abonnement (Company → Subscription).

After registration

The account you register with becomes the owner of the company and gets the admin role. On your first visit to the portal, a short tour of the sections in your menu starts. After that you can begin setting things up. Read on in Creating your first customer and project.

Already have an account? Then use the Inloggen (Log in) link at the bottom of the form. An email address can only be linked to one account.
